Methods
I conducted field research with users in their natural work environment and created a user persona based on the observations. I redesigned the information architecture around the inspection process to provide simple and straightforward navigation that corresponds with the user's routine tasks.
Result
I designed app architecture and entire UI, simplified many interactions to improve accuracy and ease of use. Wireframes, prototypes and user personas ensured that the centre of the product is user needs. The app was successfully relaunched and led to quicker inspections and improved overall accuracy.
